During the Milan Design Week, at its permanent Milan showroom in Via Tortona 34, Ex.t presented new pieces of bathroom furniture made in collaboration with emerging young European designers and previously presented at IMM Cologne fair.

Note Design Studio, a team of brilliant Swedish product and interior designers, had been the organizers of the event GREENHOUSE, an exposure area dedicated to young emerging designers at the Stockholm Design Fair 2013, created two pieces of the new Ex.t collection: the STEP washbasin and the FUSE lights.

STEP is a generous ceramic bathroom basin with a unique feature of two levels inside the sink. The upper level with a removable wooden decking creates a tactile drying surface and storage area for bathroom accessories. With warm low-key colors and a delicate meeting between authentic materials, this product is a perfect blend of Italian craftsmanship and Nordic aesthetics. FUSE is a lamp in which the tactility of the materials plays an essential role. The result is a soft ceramic pendant lamp with a wooden fuse ready to burst out in light. Available in two sizes and three colors.
